Born in Saratoga Springs, Photographer Jeff Blucher lived in Southern California for several years, but now calls Seattle, Washington, home. Primarily self-taught, Jeff continues to define his artist expression through balance of calculation & experimentation. He enjoys using a variety of cameras and techniques, both film and digital.
