“Il progetto è un lavoro fatto sul territorio, nel tracciato della Pedemontana veneta, una nuova autostrada ( se ce ne fosse bisogno…. ) chesta “lacerando” il dolcissimo paesaggio dell’alta pianura. Le trentaquattro composizioni fotografiche dell’opera, si suddividono in tre sezioni:

Glazes, Layers and Maps, ognuna riferita ad  aspetti visivamente importanti del paesaggio.

Queste prime immagini, sono riferite a Glazes; velature che partecipando alla costruzione dell’immagine, sottolineano e al contempo velano,la crudezza degli interventi sulla natura”.

 

“This project has been carried out in the territory traced by the “Pedemontana veneta”, a new motorway (as if we needed another…) which is “breaching” the soft landscape of the northern plane. The 34 photographic compositions of this work are divided into three sections:

Glazes, Layers and Maps, each one referring to visually relevant elements of the landscape.

This first series of images concerns “Glazes” – a glazing which builds the image itself, covering and at the same time enhancing the crudeness of the interference on nature”.
